At Radboud Restoration, we don’t just repair aluminium bodywork; we also manufacture or reproduce complex aluminium components entirely in-house. Working with aluminium is a specialised skill that requires a particular kind of precision and years of experience. For motorbike enthusiasts, for example, we have restored an aluminium fuel tank for a Yamaha XT500 and manufactured a complete fairing, tank and passenger seat for a classic BMW Boxer motorbike. We have also produced authentic reproductions of bumpers and fuel tanks for rare classics such as the 1951 Siata Daina Coupe, based on original moulds.
