Jaguar C-Type Replica: Handcrafted Construction

At Radboud Restoration, we build highly faithful replicas of the legendary Jaguar C-Type on request. The basis of our work is unique: we use a mould derived directly from the original Jaguar C-Type No. 43. This ensures that the lines of the bodywork match the historic original exactly.

Our Approach to Working with Historical Moulds

The jig on display in our workshop has been specifically designed to enable us to fabricate the complex Jaguar C-Type frame with the utmost precision. These jigs serve as our blueprint for the aluminium bodywork. As a result, every car that leaves our workshop embodies the spirit and proportions of the original racing icon from the 1950s.

Personal craftsmanship from start to finish

We personally oversee the entire construction process; you are always in direct contact with the builders of your car. From the construction of the tubular frame in the moulding trough to the hammering of the aluminium body, every step is carried out by hand by our own team. This results in a Jaguar C-Type that is not only technically superior but also represents the highest level of collective craftsmanship.
