Even for more modern powerhouses such as this Dodge Ram, aluminium bodywork repair is a speciality in its own right. This Dodge had sustained a significant dent in its aluminium bonnet. The real challenge with this project was the bonnet’s complex shape; the metal bends away in several directions at once, creating enormous stress in the aluminium.
With patience and precision, we massaged this ‘double arch’ back into its original shape. Thanks to our experience with this demanding material, we were able to repair the dent so that not a single trace of it remains. The result is a bonnet that is technically and visually 100% flawless again, ready for the road.
