Aluminium fenders

Commissioned by an innovative partner, we designed and manufactured the aluminium fenders for a prototype electric scooter. This project required a perfect balance between modern design and traditional craftsmanship.

The fenders are constructed from three separate parts. We curved the centre section to the correct radius using a rolling machine, after which the sides were secured with the utmost precision using aluminium welding. To ensure a high-quality and safe finish, we fitted the inner radius of the screens with an authentic beaded edge. The result is a unique set of screens that gives the modern scooter a traditional, handcrafted look.
