Aluminum Bodywork Repair
We have gained extensive experience in restoring various bodies built by the renowned Italian coachbuilder Touring. Recently, we have worked on prestigious projects such as the Maserati 3500GT, Aston Martin DB2 Mk3, Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Sport, and the 9th Aluminum Jaguar XK 120 ever built.
Through our years of experience in traditionally shaping and restoring aluminum panels, we can repair damage so seamlessly that no trace of the original dent or crack remains. Our specialists utilize traditional tools, including various hammers, wooden molds, and expert hand-finishing. For larger shaping tasks, we employ tools such as the English wheel and swaging machines to roll profiles. However, the final fit and finish are always done by hand, with extreme precision.

Much like a painter constantly observing their model, our metalworkers study reference points during the restoration of aluminium panels to ensure every piece fits perfectly within the overall design. Trust Radboud Restoration for specialist repairs to your classic car. We welcome you to visit our workshop to view examples of our work and discuss how we can professionally support you and your vehicle.
